Earlier this week Axa announced that Scour Prevention Systems Ltd (SPS) were runners-up in the UK section of CleantechOpen: the worlds largest clean technology competition. So impressed were the judges, that they created a special award and committed additional resources to help SPS get their new product into the market more quickly. SPS recently hosted a delegation from Japan who are visiting the UK to learn more about offshore wind farms and how to support them. They were keen to learn how the new SPS technology could prevent scour around wind turbines, and win them more business from developers.
